Qualifications     

Essential:     Engineering Qualification

Preferred:    Qualification in Project Management

Knowledge & Experience    

Essential:     Experienced in a similar role.   IT literate with Microsoft Package experience

Preferred:    Knowledge of International Winch and Deck Machinery markets, products and associated drive and power systems 

Skills    

Essential:     Professional verbal communication and accurate written communication.  Constructive Time Management including prioritisation

Qualities    

Essential:     Ability to communicate and work with others amicably, self motivated and uses initiative.   Can work under pressure with             

                    good attention to detail

Preferred:    Exceptional People Management skills

Main responsibilities include:

  • Work according to  Departmental Priority Work List
  • To manage and carry out full project management of all allocated projects
  • To manage and support engineering design and project departments
  • Oversee equipment design according to ACE and Client specification
  • Ensure equipment designs fulfil ACE and customer specifications
  • Maintain Drawing Control
  • Maintain quality procedures into the design process
  • Instigate and manage meetings for Project as required
  • Provide Reports and Information to BOM and Engineering Support Operations Manager on overall project progress
  • Assist in the stock management, selection, sales and utilisation levels of stock materials, components and assemblies for utilisation on projects where possible
  • To create and maintain project technical construction files
