Fabrication
The Fabrication department has fabricators and welders qualified to ACE Winches' weld procedures who carry out a wide variety of fabrication, mainly using flux cored wire welding. Fabrications range from steel thicknesses from 4mm thick to 100mm thick.
Machining
The Machining department operates a wide range of manually operated machines, producing components from under 10 Kgs up to 10,000Kgs.
Assembly
The Assembly department assembles winches and all associated equipment. This equipment ranges from small 25Kg rollers, to large winches, weighing in at over 100 tonnes when complete.
